Hemp has the capacity to absorb as much as 20% of its weight while maintaining a dry sensation on the surface. This characteristic is particularly significant for fabrics in direct contact with the skin, as it facilitates the rapid
absorption and evaporation of perspiration. Consequently, this reduces moisture retention and minimizes the growth of odor-causing bacteria, thereby helping to prevent body odor.
Non-synthetic & natural
Hemp is a natural botanical fiber. Hemp yarn is derived from the bast fibers extracted from the stem of the Cannabis Sativa plant. In contrast to synthetic fibers (such as polyester, acrylic, or nylon), which are produced from synthesized
chemicals originating from petrochemical sources, hemp fabric is free from microplastics and does not release them during use.
